According to reports, the project help to lay the foundation for the quality and scale of the efficient utilization of waste heat.through finding out the characteristics of cement, heat emission power and high energy consumption enterprises, fluctuation and spatial distribution characteristics; combined with cement, electricity and other high energy consumption enterprises, the characteristics of large temperature fluctuations, finish the preliminary design of heat storage and heat transfer module, numerical simulation and preparation of phase change heat storage material and the development of heat transfer enhancement technology, analyse the mechanism of multi phase transfer and transfer of heat transfer and heat storage materials in multi-scale structures, find the optimal design scheme of heat storage and heat exchange module; construct the mobile waste heat energy storage and utilization equipment test platform, establish a nonlinear thermal management system in order to realize the dynamic control of waste heat resource; combined with the simulation and experimental results, to further improve the whole set of equipment for the pilot and industrialization of solid foundation.
